Haidilao Hotpot

If you are looking for a place to spend a decent amount of time to eat your food and have a good time, this is a good place to visit. I went with my family of 4 and we had a great time and it was our first time trying hotpot. It is kid friendly and they have entertainment like the dancing noodles. The food was decent, however it was our first time trying hotpot so it was maybe because we didn’t cook the food for long enough. The beef and lamb was average because it kinda lacked flavour but the seafood like the shrimp and the crab sticks dipped in the soy cause mix were my favourite and i absolutely recommend it for sushi lovers. The service here is incredible, our personal waiter, Hishaq gave personal attention to our orders and he also gave us a bit of a tutorial to hotpot since it was our first time so the service here is 10/10. Overall, we spent 2 hours here and had a great time.

I recently had my very first dining experience at this restaurant, and I must say, it was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The food exceeded all expectations — every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional service provided by Cara and MJ. They were attentive, friendly, and guided us seamlessly through our meal, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. A thoughtful touch that I really appreciated was how they provided something to cover up since I was wearing a long-sleeved white top and an apron — such attention to detail truly shows their care for guests. The restaurant itself is immaculate; the cleanliness and overall ambiance create a comfortable and inviting environment. I also enjoyed the fun little perks — accumulating points to receive adorable keychains is such a creative idea, and Cara went above and beyond by presenting me with a beautiful pink rose, which was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Overall, my experience was nothing short of incredible. Every aspect, from the food to the service to the charming extras, made me feel special. I am already looking forward to my next visit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

i had the best time at Haidilao. the food was fresh and service was quick. it was really entertaining to watch the birthday songs and the noodle pull also! our server Yati was really kind and made us feel very welcome!!

Went over in June 2025 for a vacation. Decided to try it as a family. We were hooked. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They too taught us how to enjoy the cuts of meat properly. Just too good. Before flying off, we had to have it another time. The 2nd time was better cos they staff welcomed us again with open arms. They made a difference to our meal. Thank you.

One of the best experiences! Very child friendly , and has one of the best waiting areas with chips and plum juice! Great food ! And gifts for everyone , always. Money’s worth ! Great people too! You are sure to leave with a smile on your face.
